I’ve been working in Direct Response marketing my entire career.

I’m the Marketing Manager at Williams Worldwide Television, in Santa Monica, CA (LA Metro Area).  WWTV is an international distributor of top infomercial products.  My job entails everything from supplier relations and contract negotiations to new business development and product procurement to the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns.

In addition to my ‘Old Media’ TV work, I am also a producer of several ‘New Media’ video productions.  Historicast is a video podcast/web series that I co-write, film, and co-produce.  The series spotlights strange and interesting historical factoids about Los Angeles. It is distributed on the web, via podcast syndication, and is promoted via social networking services, like Twitter (my Twitter username: @caitlincooper).

I’m an avid amateur photographer who is still learning my way around a camera and uses every opportunity to click away. I’m seeing the world and am always planning my next trip, currently looking forward to Peru in Nov/Dec of 2009!

While in college, I interned in the Sales/Marketing department at Simon and Schuster - London, one of the UK’s largest publishing houses where I started on the path that eventually led me to where I am today and with a very full bookcase to boot.

I attended Boston University, where I majored in English with a minor in Journalism.  I graudated cum laude in ‘06.
